Our first day we were slightly disappointed with a failed zoo trip. We had bought sazoo passes when we were in San Antonio this past summer and were under the impression that we would be allowed to get into the SantaAnna Zoo for free (so the internet site stated). When we got there, they wanted to charge us half price-they claimed no responsibility for the internet information. Since we were only there because of our free pass, we declined and headed to the LaHabra Children's Science Museum. This turned out well for us because the charge of our family was pretty close to a year pass that included 3 museums in Tucson and the Whitte Museum in San Antonio, CHA-CHING! We were happy and once the zillion kids who were there on field trips LEFT, we were even happier! There was a special exhibit on gingerbread houses and we are excited about using some of their ideas on our own house.
